 Responsibility for the completion of assigned Engineering projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Responsibility for the delivery of projects in compliance with system specification. General Project management. Generating system specifications, test plans and procedures as well as system and site installation design and documentation. Liaising with clients’ representatives on all project Engineering issues and sub-contractors. Planning of monthly/weekly work schedules.  Ensuring material availability at site. Identifying and recording of any product quality problems and verifying the implementation of solutions.  Involvement in all site meetings.  Working closely with the Technical Support Team to ensure network configuration is in accordance with the design and maintenance contracts. Monitoring, managing and reporting on all commercial aspects of all projects within portfolio and proposing mitigating actions at the earliest opportunity Leading commercial reviews of contractor delivery of high value/high risk projects & attend valuation & progress meetings where necessary Leading all commercial post contract high value/high risk contract management activity and supporting pre-contract activity within the Project delivery teams scope of work, providing specialist commercial advice, guidance and recommendations to mitigate commercial risks. Leading cost reporting of all projects in portfolio and presenting monthly Periodic Financial Reviews to the Account Manager / Finance Director.
