-Organize and facilitate construction projects for commercial HVAC systems-Assist project manager to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the schedule-Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel to guarantee all project deadlines are met-Engage and monitor equipment vendors and subcontractors for submittals, lead times, field work and project specific requirements -Request and review quotes for materials and labor to provide purchase orders-Procure and review material submittals from vendors and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are followed-Maintain the various contract drawings, logs and specifications on the construction projects-Prepare and formulate requests for information and change orders for changes made during project construction-Maintain working relationships with all subcontractors, representatives and suppliers-Train and advise new project engineers on procedures and protocols-Project closeout

- Maintain cleanliness of the store - Ensure overall customer satisfaction by checking accuracy of all food orders- Interaction with customers including taking orders, handling payments, and prompt delivery of all food

- Responsible for inventory and food / supply ordering- Hiring and Training new employees on food handling and food safety protocols - Handle bookkeeping items, such as but not limited to, daily deposits and balancing store revenue - Ensure employees are on task with their job duties, as well as, handling employee breaks and maintaining store cleanliness - Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, including handling customer issues and complaints

- Accountable for daily food preparation and store operations- Responsible for customer satisfaction while preparing food and following food safety guidelines - Responsible for maintaining both work and dining area cleanliness- Knowledge of running computerized cash register

- Assist customers with all inquires - Cashier- Sell and cross sell all merchandise - Maintain floor recovery

- Update media ads that run in stores located in Santa Clarita- Responsible for the media ads being updated every month along with making sure the TV’s are running as well.

- Responsible for safety of both guests and crew members by observing all safety rules - Train new and inexperienced employees on ride operations and safety protocols- Ensure all guest questions and complaints were handled in a timely and professional manner- Responsible for crew breaks and lunches and paperwork related to time-keeping records - Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests as they enter ride- Ensure guests have a satisfactory experience by initiating guest interaction and answering questions and requests for assistance- Responsible for guest safety by checking safety restraints and observing guest riding for possible violations - Provide clear instructions to control panels- Responsible for cleanliness of work station and surrounding area
