I have worked with teenagers my entire adult life in school and church settings. Maybe I'm out of my mind, but you could say I specialize in conflict (resolving conflict, to be clear). My primary employer, the amazing Lakeside Educational Network, has trained me to serve students in a private alternative school setting and also helped me become a Certified Safe Crisis Management instructor.
