After years of investing in rental properties and single-family homes, while working full time in operations and finance, I made the decision to put my focus into infill real estate development. I am motivated by the design and implementation challenges of working on compact sites to create a product that integrates into and elevates the surrounding neighbourhood. I am passionate about putting my financial and creative skills to good use and developing new thoughtful housing in core neighbourhoods.
