The admin department of Nintendo's call center manages most follow up issues that can not be resolved during the first call. Such situations include, but are not limited to, FedEx and UPS claims, missing repairs, unauthorized credit card transactions, modified/tampered/counterfeit systems.

This job contributes to Starbucks success by consistently delivering legendary service while assessing and resolving customer concerns and requests for information. Depending upon specific area of responsibility, may handle potential vendor inquiries, troubleshoot home brewing equipment with customers and/or internal partners or respond to facilities issues.

Worked with small businesses consisting of 30 employees or less in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. For these businesses I helped manage their accounts and develop solutions to help reduce turnover using CareerBuilder’s services. Also helped funnel new business by establishing business relationships with a variety of companies.

Worked as an audio technician, camera operator, floor director, switcher, and various other positions for in studio shows such as Journal, Pledge, Falcon Football, Falcon Basketball, Inside Schools, News 6, 60 Plus, and many others. Served as camera operator during Bowling Green State University home games. Also worked as graphics assistant and designed many DVD covers and faces for various programs aired by WBGU.

Designed and produced logos, brochures, posters, and other promotional advertisements for various clients and business. Consulted with clients directly and was responsible for delivery of products.
