Current– Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.– Provide recommendations for services & problem resolution.– Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, easy to understand manner.– Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of client devices. Including but not limited to laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones in a timely and efficient manner. – Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding customer data privacy.– Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Geek Squad standards by providing clients with a 1 on 1 demo at pickup. – Process shipping and receiving of client devices sent out for specialized depot repair. – Managed service escalations between Best Buy Depot and Apple Service Center repairs.
