I have been in the work based learning sector since 2011 and before that I was lucky enough to combine my love for travel and business with various marketing & managerial role’s around the globe. I have always been passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, whether directly through support and development or indirectly through training and education – I believe people should only be limited by their own ambition. Since 2011 I haven’t looked back and have developed my career in line with my personal belief that job satisfaction is the key to success; I absolutely love what we do and truly feel like we are making a difference every single day. From the early days of assessing and training apprentices to the later stages of strategic management, my focus has always been (& will always be) on the learner and their experience. Following the changes in the sector over the last few years I have been at the forefront of the apprenticeship industry and have had to develop an agile managerial approach to ensure successful scaling at pace with strong strategic and change management processes. I am a hands on manager and ensure I lead by example through a supportive and consultative style.It is certainly an exciting time for apprenticeships and I am very proud to be part of this ‘life changing’ business we work in.
