Maintaining financial reports through the analysis of business performance and the development of processes and procedures, ensuring effective management of operational practices. Handling month-end reporting through the analysis of variances across forecasts, budgets & actuals, in addition to general ledger management. This information is presented weekly and monthly to the leadership teams locally and globally. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, I have continued to strengthen my aptitude in analysis through the preparation of monthly results, forecasts, budgets, business metrics and cost rates for key IBM accounts. The results of the analysis are used to make considered recommendations to senior stakeholders, for potential improvements on areas of concern. Also playing an integral role in driving business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results.
