Cycling events organiser, the aim is to design events that run in iconic Sheffield sites. 2017 was the first series and we are currently busy planning the 2018 races. We are also aiming to run some events outside Sheffield to grow this exciting format. As an aside to my day job I run a Mountain Bike skills coaching and guiding business, Trail Advantage. This gives me the opportunity to focus on the part of cycling that I find rewarding, helping new riders and those wanting to improve core skills and take their riding to the next level. I am looking to extend my coaching knowledge to adapted bikes and feel that the great network of trails in the Peak District has riding to suit all abilities and support rider progression at all levels.Over the course of my career i have acquired an insight and skill set that has been founded on practical experience in a wide variety of disciplines and fields. This has allowed me to have a clear line of sight throughout a project / job and be able to have insightful working knowledge in all related aspects of key roles.
