This project allowed me to develop my communication and business relation skills with international companies. It required frequent trips to China adapting on site to bridge the language and culture differences. •Project 2 was scheduled to be complete February of 2014. However in October of 2013 the project was running 1 month ahead of schedule. I was approached by management requesting an early completion to boost revenue before the end of 2013. I was able to adjust critical path on the project schedule and complete the project before the end of the year, finishing the project in 13 months, as well as increasing the project margin from 25% to 33%•Project 3 was an instance where I assisted on job that was 1.5 years behind schedule and severely over budget. I was tasked with traveling down to Mississippi to assess where the 300MT & 100MT cranes were in assembly and put together a plan and punch list to finish the project as soon as possible. After my initial arrival and interface with site personnel we were able to develop a schedule and punch list that allowed us to complete the cranes in just over 2 months and stop the loss of time and money this project had been suffering.•PMP certified: #1540760
