Adam is Chief Consulting Officer at Deecon Consulting, the award-winning European commercial, procurement and transformation consultancy. Adam's role involves overseeing the consulting community, the consulting offering and the consulting strategy. Adam is a member of the Senior Lead Team.Prior to this Adam was Partner, Head of Consulting, UK, for Valcon - the 2000 strong north-european transformation consultancy where he sat over the 200-strong UK Consulting arm that focused on digital and organisational transformation.Prior to this Adam was Director of Consulting for P2 Consulting.Adam leads the APM's Portfolio Interest Group and is a published author and regularly speaks on the topics of Scaled Agile, PMO, Portfolio Management and Digital Transformation.
