Ensuring all reports are distributed on time, accurately and that the content and reporting methods are up to date.Deputising for my line manager in their absence. This involves covering annual leave, but also handling queries from around the business, managing workflows and issuing feedback.Constantly innovating with ideas such as new reports, new metrics on existing reports, reviewing workstreams, investigative techniques, fixes to errors and frequent points of friction, improving user experience and streamlining of processes.I also actively participate in a number of representative roles within BGL. I currently represent my department in employee engagement and as a workplace Ally, providing colleagues with someone to turn to if they are in need of support. I obtained long term work for one client company who took me on for cleaning services within the NHS. This itself involved not only the cleaning side in multiple locations, but also in the internal supply chain and driving the company van to resupply sites.

By the end of my time there, I was one of the main staff in my department and worked in conjunction with my Head of Department (HOD) and various managers in creating the weekly rota, checking staff for quality and giving on the job training, looking after work experience children shadowing me and even as the first choice stand in at HOD meetings when my HOD was unavailable.
