As the Vice President of BASE Lightning Protection, Inc. bases in Atlanta Georgia, I am involved in all aspects of the business. Most of my time is spent managing our sales and service operations to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. We are capable of designing and installing lightning protection systems for new construction facilities or existing building, but also evaluate, service, and certify existing systems. As the Branch Manager of our Louisville facility, I manage daily operations and personnel that support our local customer base. I continuously monitor and manage warehouse inventory levels ensuring material is available to support our "Reliable Stock" programs. In return, our Reliable Stock programs help support Lean Manufacturing Principles at our customers, but also account for unexpected modifications in their production schedules. I work closely with Purchasing Managers of our customers and the Sales Managers of our vendors in order to make the best overall business decisions. I also work directly with our strategic purchasing group in Charlotte, NC in order to offer our customers the best quality products at a competitive price. I also look for continuous improvement opportunities in our daily processes that will make our operation more efficient.

Manage inventory levels of components used by our customers in production processes as well as MRO supplies used to support plant operations. Support customer managed, vendor managed, and kanban ordering programs that align with lean initiatives. Ensure our field service staff provide excellent service to our customers.
