After successfully delivering projects in the Retail function, I moved to the Commercial function to take on new responsibilities:- Project to generate incremental profit- Development and ownership of the core cross-functional range change and stock exit processes- Markdown pricing strategy- Support the integration of Ireland's Commercial function into the UK - January 2011 Sale

Reporting into the Group Operations Development Director, I was responsible for a programme of work to deliver productivity benefits. I scoped the project, resourced it and took ownership for delivering a large amount of the overall target leading a project team of four.Prior to this role, I worked to improve the execution of commercial processes across all the UK stores.I continued to study for the CIMA qualification and also trained to be a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner during my time there.

Worked in the Investment Banking, Recruitment, Media and Telecoms industries on a variety of projects including strategy, business operating model design, cost reduction, operations due diligence and Lean Six Sigma. Became a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner during my time at Deloitte and achieved an exceptional early promotion to Consultant in January 2009.

Returned to Company Law International following a successful project the previous Summer leading the team that set up and marketed a new extranet for their clients. This Summer I focussed on managing the change of name for a client with companies in multiple jurisdictions as well as being the Account Manager for their largest client.
