Current• Produce sales report to Regional Director, while answering and discussing successes and room for improvement ideas for entire company on sales conference calls.• Hire successful employees while helping current staff with the right type of training or disciplinary actions. • Provide achievable sales goals to associates so we can meet the stores daily, weekly, monthly, & annual quota. • Provide sales associates with selling skills, product knowledge, & closing techniques.• Effectively drive business, meet individualized monthly sales goals, and provide complete solutions for each guest through lifestyle discovery.• Advanced knowledge and experience in Audio/Video Sales, Car Audio Sales, and Appliance Sales; Successful in every department that combined produced over 12 million dollars in sales annually.• Ensure protection of customer privacy and company assets by preventing bad debt; process credit applications, confirm proper finance codes used at time of sale and congruity to SOP’s; train new sales employees in store as well as other locations in company.• Answer a high volume of calls and in-person inquiries from guest and colleagues while treating each person with respect and providing exceptional customer service.
