Award-winning educator Adam Speight has been making significant contributions to the teaching profession since qualifying in 2011. Remarkably, within just 16 months of starting his career, Adam became one of the youngest heads of department in the country. Over his 13-year teaching journey, Adam has spent 11 years in various middle leadership roles across both Wales and England, serving in both state and independent schools. He has taught learners aged 8 to 20 and is currently the Acting Assistant Headteacher at a secondary school in South Wales, recently recognised by Estyn as sector-leading in multiple areas.Outside of his school duties, Adam runs his own consultancy business, Mr. Speight Consultancy, offering practical educational advice and guidance.
