Proud to say, I am the Founder and Managing Partner of elev8 Advisors Group, an enterprise advisory and consulting firm that specializes in the Financial Services, Technology and Payments industries. I created and put into practice a uniquely new partnership model made up entirely of other, very seasoned, high-output, successful Fin-tech veterans coming together to create an impressive collective of leaders. Alone; we encompass over 100+ years of global leadership experience in financial services, payments, and private equity spaces. 25+ of those years are directly correlated to me. We will also facilitate, and handle the most complex of contract negotiations, doing so by drawing from and leveraging from within our extensive networks of relationships and key partners within those industries.My personal mission: To change the landscape of finance through usable and actionable data and innovation. I’m driven to make our financial system easier, more transparent, and more accessible for those elusive digital native users. I’m a trail-blazer, with a proven track record of leading and executing global transformation initiatives at two of the preeminent Financial Institutions in the world (JP Morgan and BBVA). My experience is vast, but also well tenured: full-cycle M&A, global marketing, organizational change management, and alternative lending markets. My knowledge base is rooted out of the invaluable insights, unique lessons learned, and healthy perspectives on what defines success. For me, that has only come from my own learned past of both successes and failure. I believe the blurring of financial services and payments should create more access for people to create and live better lives. It has instead unfortunately created more defined class lines, preventing financial equality for us all. So, it’s because of that, that I dream so big, because that’s the way to achieve big.
