Provide both commercial and technical support for end user accounts in an effort to continue to grow TMK IPSCO's presence in West Texas. TMK IPSCO produces the highest quality SMLS and ERW tubes in the United States and also owns the ULTRA threading facilities. Additonally, the parent company OAO TMK produces pipe and proprietary thread types in Russia, Europe and the Middle East.

Strategic Sales Activities: -Participate in industry technical conferences and provide technical support -Conduct analysis of target customers and markets to determine unmet technical needs and industry trends. Communicate this knowledge to the product development group. -Assist in the construction of documentation to move new product projects through the StageGate process. -Prepare short and long term sales strategies for assigned accounts -Conduct business development activities with accounts based on territory and account assignments Sales Responsibilities: -Conduct sales calls -Generate & obtain inquiries -Build relationships with key decision makers -Develop clear understanding of customer’s needs -Identify & develop new customers -Present TMK IPSCO products & services -Conduct seminars & presentations to end users -Develop working relationships with end user engineering groups Interface with all Departments of TMK IPSCO: - Work closely with commercial sales teams to increase acceptance and preference for TMK products at key end users. - Act as the technical liaison with the various TMK producing mills in the US and overseas. - Investigate and help resolve claims issues as required by the Technical Support team. - Assist in the development of product brochures, technical bulletins, and other customer communications as requested by the marketing team. - Lead Cross-functional teams in the completion of special projects - Communicate with pipe mills to evaluate product specs - Assemble technical response for tenders(Open)1 organization
