- Define the roadmap and projects of the Revenue Operations team- Ensure the team is working in alignment with company goals by keeping everyone on target- Filter & prioritize tasks both ad-hoc and maintenance-oriented

- Structure and oversee data flow between internal systems and set up integrations- Automate, improve, and optimize processes which include setting up workflows, notifications, validation rules, creating ad-hoc solutions and pattern tools- Administer company CRM in terms of its architecture, functionality, accessibility, and daily usage- Organize the work of the RevOps team while deciding on the priorities of incoming requests and interdepartmental projects- Work closely with the GTM teams to identify potential revenue drivers and make them more efficient

- Work with external parties & outsourcers to provide & generate pipeline- Govern collected data and drive value from it- Create dashboards providing insights regarding email deliverability and cold outreach actions- Participate in strategic actions and exploring the full potential of total addressable market

- Create Spreadsheet pattern tools & macros to optimize the process- Generate & prospect leads, prospects & accounts- Operate on multiple data sources- Document processes and automate them

- Work hand-in-hand with Zowie’s Sales Operations Team on analyzing potential prospects- Research & classify DTC brands in terms of fit, traffic, and customer support technology- Validate prospects' data between CRM and multiple internal databases- Set up data-driven cold-mailing campaigns

- Teach Business Spanish- Introduce students to graph data description and formal letter writing- Develop students' language skills across all forms
