The initiative is designed for employees to generate ideas and actions leading to a High Performance Organization (HPO).• January 21, 2014 - Awarded Employee of the Quarter of the Adult Residential Center.• February 10, 2016 - Promoted to Correctional Advisor II due to high performance evaluation, being a team leader and because of excellent work ethic within the company.• July 24, 2015 - Selected to conduct interviews for potential Correctional Advisor candidates. Still conducting ongoing applicants whenever available. • June 29, 2016 - Organization Leader for Feed The Need Charity. Raised over 1,000 pounds of non-perishable foods for the program.• June 21, 2016 - Selected as lead facilitator of Johnson County Strengthening Families Program (SFP) for Gardner, KS. • March 10, 2016 - Selected as representative to teach a 6-Week course of the County's L.E.A.P philosophy to current Therapeutic Community clients. • March 6, 2016 - Selected as Disciplinary Report Hearing Officer for the entire Adult Residential Center to investigate and determine findings and outcomes for all Disciplinary Reports written to Inmates.• February 25, 2016 - Selected as ARC Representative to teach and co-facilitate in the Johnson County Strengthening Families Program (SFP). The program relies on evidence based practices.

• Provide services and direct support to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment to learn work related skills and to obtain and maintain employment in the community.• Counsel clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) or have other cognitive challenges.• Foster client-driven rehabilitation therapy in home and out in the community.• Work in a team with Occupational, Physical, Speech and Cognitive Therapists geared towards client’s success, rehabilitation and personal development. • Facilitate assessment of the strengths, skills and interests of individual clients for assisting with developing goals specific to rehabilitation and employment.• Encourage client self-advocacy and provide systems advocacy as it relates to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).• Complete documentation and reports required by Kansas Rehabilitation Services. • Promote public relations throughout the agency and community for the program. Stay informed of community supports for those with disabilities and TBIs.• Develop resources that are responsive to an individual client's needs. Provide work assessments and evaluations as needed.
