TUNNEL HSE INSPECTORResponsibilities• Conducting toolbox talk before start of work, Inspection for the work place and• barricading working area for different gangs• Implement and reviewing of site emergence management plan, audits and development of action plans to close identified hazards and risk• To make sure all worker participate safety inside the tunnel and do inspection before and after blasting• Respond to incident/accident investigate them properly to arrive to root causes• Put measure to avoid recurrence• To arrange flagmen in their position• Implementation and installing warning signs to the area esp. rail crossing area and to deriver a training to the workers.• To make sure all worker uses a proper personal protective equipment’s all time at workplace
