I have a strong passion for helping others succeed and grow. I combine this with my other passion health and fitness to help others achieve their goals and teaching them the knowledge to become self sufficient and help others. With over six years of experience in the fitness industry I combine what I have learned in textbooks, online, and in the trenches with my medical background as a PTA to give my clients and patients the most appropriate exercises to reach their fitness goals or aid in their activities of daily living.
