As the Head of Customer Experience at Valyant AI, I lead execution of delivering our exceptional AI voice product to our customers, as well as prioritizing product improvements based on feedback from our diverse set of data and analytics. I have over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage sector, including working as a Corporate Strategy and Transformation and Operations Project Manager at CKE Restaurants, Inc., where I coordinated and introduced digital and technology projects that improved efficiency, sales, and guest service. I have a passion for culinary arts, which I studied at The Culinary Institute of America, and a bachelor's degree in food and beverage management from University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
