Promoted from Customer Consultant to Assistant Manager in the biggest store in the region.in this role my main duty's was to manage 10 Sales Consultants and managed my own sales figures. In my first month i won the award for MVP in the region for the best sales across all measures.

As a Customer Consultant my job was to give the best customer service possible while selling attachments forexample Insurance, Accessories and Home Broadband. when i first started i was top 3 in the company at selling broadband and won MVP in my region.I also was given the task in training my new manager who was new to the business giving her the best start so the store can grow and maintain our high standards.

I started at Currys Pc World in a temporary job to help with the christmas season, after 2 months i had better sale numbers then all of the full time staff, i was taken full time and won colleague of the month award 3 months row.In this role i was a vison expert selling all high end T.Vs and sound equipment while hitting all 6 KPIs.
