-Oversight of all clinical services, including inpatient residence for DTX and RTC programs, day PHP and IOP and night IOP.-Development and launch of night IOP program, DTX program and IOP program specific to First Responders-Creation of staffing matrix to properly forecast staffing needs based upon client census-Collaborate with Medical Director, Director of Operations and Utilization Review to ensureboth client and staff safety at all times, as well as maintain fiscal responsibility of company-Lead various weekly meetings including clinical staffing, peer review auditing, team building,and quarterly all staff meetings, and conduct annual staff evaluations-Review and sign off on all necessary documentation within the EHR (experience with ZenCharts and Bestnotes)-Primary lead onsite for DCHS and JCAHO surveys and responsible for development andexecution of ESC / corrective action plans-Ongoing performance improvement through development of staff training curriculum-Conduct peer-to-peer review in cases of authorization denials

-Assist Program Director in oversight of clinical services and staff, as well as development of program / staff schedules-Ensure daily operations of clinical services / programming and make adjustments as needed to group schedules and coverage-Coordinate with contracted providers and update clinical staff on weekly basis as to status of program curriculum-Maintain caseload of 6-10 clients for individual and family therapy-Provide multiple psychoeducational and process group therapy sessions on weekly basis-Conduct clinical assessment, risk assessment and crisis management

-Maintain caseload of 10-12 clients at a time for both individual therapy and case management-Provide 4-6 psychoeducational and process group therapy sessions per week-Maintain accurate and timely chart documentation, including utilization review forms-Coordinate care with adjunct providers such as medical doctors and psychiatrists-Provide family therapy sessions in person and via telemedicine-Develop referral sources for community based programs and services to assist client needs

-Provide individual, child / adolescent, couples and family therapy in private practice-Maintain accurate and timely chart notes-Provide phone consultation to parents of clients to deliver clinical recommendations-Participate in weekly individual supervision

-Provide DBT Skills groups in both private practice setting and as contract provider to treatment facilities, educating clients on the four modules of DBT-Provide individual DBT therapy utilizing skills training, behavior chain analysis and weekly diary cards-Attend weekly DBT consultation group sessions

-Provide individual, child / adolescent, couples and family therapy in non-profit setting-Maintain accurate and timely chart notes-Provide phone consultation to parents of clients to deliver clinical recommendations-Participate in weekly group supervision -Conducted interviews and assessments for financial assistance program

-Conducted telephone intakes-Supplied clients with information and referrals for health and human services throughout the county-Multitasked in order to efficiently search database for clients' needs while on the telephone-Engaged in active listening, empathic validation and crisis management

-Tutored and mentored elementary school students in an after school program-Was responsible for overseeing groups of 4 to 6 students at a time-Lead students in various physical activities and games
