With over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I am a Tasting Room Manager at Adams County Winery, where I oversee the daily operations, customer service, and staff training of the wine tasting and sales department. I have a strong background in cooking, having worked as a line cook and a kitchen manager at various restaurants, including TGI Fridays, where I also served as a beverage manager. I have developed skills in food preparation, menu design, inventory management, and quality control, as well as a keen palate and a love for wine. In addition, I have experience as a sales representative, where I learned about the benefits of relationship building as well as communicating effectively to potential customers. I am passionate about creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for wine lovers, educating them about the history and characteristics of our products, and promoting the sustainability and community values of our winery.
