Work primarily focused on cold side operations at the 20 bbl production facility and 7 bbl brewpub for Block 15. Transfers, kegging, CIPs, and inventory management. Packaging responsibilities include operating a newly commissioned Wild Goose 250 with Ska Depalletizer for 16 oz cans and a Meheen M2 for 500 mL bottles. Previous experience includes operating a Cask SAMS.

Assisted brewers and cellarmen with day-to-day operations.
