As a medical device product development professional, I’m passionate about designing innovative medical devices that help people regain mobility and overcome physical limitations. My career in spine and orthopedics is driven by my belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience life to the fullest. Seeing firsthand the freedom that a healthy body affords — whether I’m whitewater rafting in the Grand Canyon, climbing the walls in Yosemite, or snowboarding in British Columbia — inspires me to develop technologies that improve surgical outcomes, restore quality of life, and empower patients to rediscover their own adventures.Throughout my career, I’ve led the development of groundbreaking products like the FIREFLY Cervical Navigation Guide and the SMART Bun-Yo-Matic — patient-specific solutions that enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes. With experience leading product development from ideation through commercialization, I’m committed to designing devices that not only empower surgeons to achieve exceptional results but also drive innovation and growth for the companies bringing these solutions to market. If you share my passion for medical device innovation, I’d love to connect! Feel free to reach out at adamjensen.t@gmail.com.

TravelCareer Break Apr 2024 - Nov 2024Seeking adventure, reflection, and quality time with loved ones, my wife and I hit the open road in our 12-square-foot truck bed camper, strapped to my dad’s old pickup. Over 25,000 miles across the western U.S. and Canada, we explored iconic landscapes, vast deserts, and towering mountains, spending months climbing, hiking, rafting, and camping. The highlight of our journey was a 24-day, self-guided expedition down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. Navigating 280 miles of remote canyon, we faced North America’s most formidable whitewater, relying on teamwork, resilience, and a profound respect for nature’s power. But this sabbatical wasn’t just about travel — it was a journey of growth. Living simply and embracing uncertainty gave me renewed perspective, greater resilience, and clarity about what truly matters.I’m now eager to bring these lessons to my work, focused on creating meaningful impact, fostering collaborative teams, and tackling challenges with curiosity, purpose, and determination.Check out the attached pictures for some of my favorite memories from the journey!
