As the Western Territory Manager for Gunwerks, I am responsible for driving growth and enhancing brand recognition & our dealer base across the Western United States. My role involves developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales and market share, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key dealers and partners.Before joining Gunwerks, I had a comprehensive career in the oil and gas industry, particularly within the private equity sector. I served as a GIS Manager after developing my skills as both a Reservoir Engineering Tech and a Geological Tech, gaining in-depth knowledge and expertise in these disciplines. My work involved model development, evaluating investment opportunities, managing asset portfolios, and optimizing production strategies, all of which required meticulous attention to detail and advanced problem-solving skills. Utilizing GIS and a variety of software packages, I successfully applied my technical knowledge to projects, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.At Gunwerks, I enhance brand visibility by organizing and participating in regional events and trade shows, and I collaborate with the marketing team to execute growth. Building and maintaining customer relationships is a priority, and I ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty by providing product training and support.Additionally, I monitor market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular reports on sales performance and market conditions. My goal is to provide insights and recommendations to senior management to help drive our success.
