This has an emphasis on our designs being focused around hospitality style models, flexible working, F&B and embedding the best of technology, wellness, sustainability, art and biophilia -Project Management, delivering full redevelopments, CAT A, end user/occupier fit outs, fabric and infrastructure jobs across a vast range of buildings ranging from late 1800s to 1980s - Client representative, specifically ensuring the clients requirements are met from a design, procurement and returns perspective - Sustainability steering group, supporting Bruntwood's sustainability initiatives and goals including our drive to be carbon net zero by 2030 - Product steering group, involved in a team who are responsible for R&D and product evolution - Cost planning, producing cost plans and inputting into appraisals for schemes- Legal and statutory work - Building Surveying/Asset Management, budget setting, management and delivery of fabric, M&E, refurbishment of a portfolio of c£1b.Outside of Bruntwood I have previously sat on the judging panel for the RICS Commercial Property and currently sit on the BCO Committee for the North.
