- Owned the scheduling and creation of UK content for our Bank of America Business channels, often working with those in very senior positions as well as our philanthropy partners to create collaborative posts that would maximise engagement- Supported with the drafting of awards submissions, often involving the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, in order to provide tangible deliverables to highlight my team's work- Pitched an idea to our Head of Communications for EMEA that involved on-boarding UK employees onto our U.S. portal which allowed for Bank of America employees to reshare our content on their own social media

- I have worked with clients on a one-to-one basis to identify potential problem areas and propose immediate solutions. This is in addition to having planned and taught lessons to a class of 20 GCSE students.- Summarised entire syllabuses into manageable and original lessons which could be delivered to my students by a layman colleague- these were also adapted for younger students in anticipation of future examinations. - Created a more efficient and organised filing system for all English related resources to grant easier and quicker access, thus allowing for more one-to-one time with the students. - Provided an in-house proofreading service for postgraduate students which demonstrates my attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

This provided me with some experience in dealing with data science. - Shadowed the marketing manager as he set out detailing his online marketing campaign.
