About Adam Trimble
I have had a very diverse education and career so far, and enjoy new challenges and learning new business functions. I appreciate when my management team provides me with responsibilities and deadlines. My first position after college was in geologic logging in offshore locations, quickly I started leading teams of 12 tasked with service delivery to our clients. After mastering this role I was provided an opportunity to join a North American Recruiting team. I excelled and moved from Technical Recruiter to Engineering Recruiter, and then was asked to be a Recruiting Lead for a new venture with a yearly capex of $225mm. Recruiting Lead allowed me to combine all my past experiences with the company and to build a team of 7 professionals around me. There we excelled in recruiting high volume/high demand positions.I then changed job role functions and cities to learn technical sales for a product line I had no previous experience in. It was demanding, but I enjoyed the challenge of stepping outside of my comfort zone and meeting the demands of the learning curve. Here I provided measurable results for new clients in a high energy & volume market. I spent the last 1 year and 7 months at a company focused on providing clients an abundant and cleaner burning fuel source. As a Recruiting Lead, I focused my energy and efforts on providing the highest talent at the lowest possible cost through passive and active recruiting channels. I partnered with our stakeholders to develop sustainable recruiting practices in two very difficult industries: Trucking and Compression. I worked to build trust with our leaders and provide value in our day-to-day operations. I look forward to continuing my career in Recruiting and HR. I have my passport and am willing to travel!
