After 6 years of cooperation with Snowmax Group (Dimbo, Maxsurf, Snowmax Technology) I have been invited to work as General Manager (on bases of managment contract) of Dimbo Ski Kindergartens in Poland (Dimbo Polska) and Tour Operator of family holidays in the Alps (Dimbo Travel). This has given me the opportunity to introduce many ideas and new solutions in the company and to learn this specific type of business. The most important achievements so far for me have been:• introducing a new winter destination to Dimbo holiday offers, which has become one of the most important destinations for the company (2013)• leading and organizing on-site the biggest Dimbo ski week in the Alps for over 300 clients (Kronplatz II 2014)• introducing a musical style of warm-ups with Kids Zumba to all Dimbo offers in the Alps (2014 as a first Polish tour operator in the Alps), later in all Polish ski kindergartens.• negotiations with main ski resorts in Italy and Austria and improving working conditions for the company (2014).• organizing wide marketing campaigns with promotion on Polish National Radio Trójka (2014, after that yearly repeated)• close cooperation with hotels in the Alps - joining them to Dimbo's campaigns (2015 and each yearly repeatedly)• setting up a new ski kindergarten in Szczyrk (2015)• establishing strict cooperation as an official partner with Kronplatz Ski Resort (2015)• co-creating and introducing a new offer in Fuerteventura and Switzerland (2015)• establishing a strict cooperation as an official partner with Funive Folgarida Marilleva (2016)• co-creating and introducing new winter offers in Austria and Italy (2017)• introducing personalized helmets and gloves with own logotype (2016, first ski school in Poland)• introducing as one of the first ski schools in Poland online software for managing a ski school (author's idea of software) (2017/18)

Establishing and developing a complete windsurfing school and rental base at the Polish sea side (Hel Peninsula) — one of the most popular area for windsurfing in Northern Europe, was a very important experience for me. It required very intensive work from me in a variety of areas — starting from specific law and conditions for running a business at this area, going through all technical issues of constructing the place, finally ending with very big concurrency on this field. The final effect after those years always brings me joy and I love returning to this place.

Międzybrodzie Żywieckie with its Mountain "Żar" has great sport and leisure potential. In this place I had a chance to create a complete new ski resort for the beginners and small kids. Resort had over 300m slope with two t-bar lifts, ski kindergarten with hut, magic carpet, snowtubing slope, snowmaking system with 2 snow machines and 3 snowguns, snow groomer, snowmobile, ski rental. Creating a new ski resort with ski & snowboard school and ski kindergarten in very tough conditions (f.ex.: lack of water, southern exposure of slope, big humidity from nearby lake, specific cooperation with PKL ski resort) have given me a huge experience on a filed of managing a ski resort.
