Directed Key Account Managers, Field Service Management Team, and Marketing Endeavors in management of top line sales totaling over $75MM. Responsibilities included the development of weekly forecasts, assisting in production planning, overseeing retail replenishment efforts, bringing new products to market, and directing and managing relationships with merchants at some of the largest retailers in North America.Various accomplishments include, 1.) Acquiring $12MM of new business by the development of existing customers and addition of new ones, 2.) Landing yearly cost increases with customers, 3.) The vision, launch, and pioneering of a Field Service Management merchandising application that was pitched, sold, and adopted by Wal-Mart and their third-party field service management provider(s).
