Harmonizing the reporting system of the newly acquired Polish company with its new parent. Creating analyses and comparisons of the subsidiary’s performance. Actively taking part in the knowledge transfer process.

• Creating reports and presentations for the middle and senior management• Regular analysis of suppliers profitability• Activity based costs analysis• Carrying out the month- and year-end closing• Actively taking part in the planning and forecasting process (annual and interim planning)• Working on business cases, taking part in Supply Chain Department's tendering process• Coordinating data acquisition and detailed interpretation• Leading Supply Chain Department's invoice administration
