Oversee all aspects of marina operations, Manage all reservations, billing and accounts receivable. Supervise marina staff to ensure all seasonal and transient guests receive the maximum satisfaction while staying with us here at The Boston Yacht Haven and Fan Pier Marina. Oversee and execute marina events for both the marina guests and the public.The Boston Yacht Haven on Boston Harbor is New England’s Premier Full Service Marina featuring over 100 deep water slips in the heart of down town Boston, The general manager is responsible for approximately $2 million in yearly sales, marketing, budgeting, business development, staff training and development for all employees, capital expenditures and improvements, and the planning and execution of programming and events that help create a dynamic community. Also Oversee all maintenance and construction of the new and existing docks and surrounding property
