I am skilled at Assessment, formulation and high intensity treatment for common Depression and Anxiety disorders, including Cognitive therapy for PTSD. I have over 4 years experience in the public sector: working with adults, children and families and I am a registered social worker with Social Work England. I trained in some basic Systemic Family therapy approaches. I have experience with various services such as substance use, support and prevention services for domestic abuse, mental health services and the legal system.
