Worked within the legal department of a Fortune 500 company recognized as the industry leader in supplying medical, dental, and veterinary related goods and services to practitioners all over the globe. Present duties include reviewing, and if necessary, revising, a plethora of contractual agreements dealing in such areas as supplier side and buyer side contracts, including confidentiality agreements which provide the relevant disclosure periods to enable such agreements. This also includes amending such agreements as becomes necessary. Attended boardroom meetings in which future strategy was discussed as well as how successfully current business plans are being implemented and the results observed.

Reported directly to, and worked directly under, Judge Voutsinas in the Domestic Violence Misdemeanors Part. Observed each aspect of the criminal court process from arraignment to trial. Helped draft the Judge's own summaries for cases on the docket for each day by reviewing the case file. Learned relevant criminal procedure law and penal law in order to better understand workings of arraignment, pretrial, and trial. Learned to read a criminal history report (rap sheet) based on a New York State Identification report.
