Adam is a creative and logical individual driven by the goal to improve efficiency and quality in the world around himself and others. At the the age of 14 he was inspired by his father's programming career and rapidly gained an interest starting with QuickBASIC and QuickC.A large part of Adam's life has been dedicated to understanding this craft. Currently, he is interested in C#, Oracle, PL/SQL and D. He has been employed in the UK electricity industry since 2002 and his career splits as an industry professional and systems expert. This has given him the unique perspective to understand the industry requirements and also the most effective solution.On the Electricity side, Adam is an NHHDC/NHHDA specialist and has participated in STAG and industry forums. He has a deep understanding of EAC/AA, GVC, and flow processes including holes and edge cases the BSCP doesn't talk about.On the technical side, Adam is clear to assert that programming does not stop outside the office. He prototypes ideas and watches talks in the evenings and weekends. He is motivated to increase his knowledge and spend time doing the things he loves.Other interests include snowboarding, indoor rock climbing, playing games, science fiction, science fact and making music.
