I started part time as a Butler in December 2012 whilst still at University, then took the job on full time after graduating in 2013. I was promoted on to reception shortly after and enjoyed the more challenging role. I was promoted to Team Leader in May 2016, and feel that I progressed massively during this time, taking on further responsibilities in my first leadership/management role. I like to lead by example and considered myself to be a very hands-on and pro-active Team Leader.
