Internship training to be a personal trainer, wellness coach, strength and conditioning coach and all-around team player. Invaluable experience gained working under a world-class coaching staff, all from different backgrounds and undergoing individual fitness journeys. I had the pleasure to experience an alternative route to what is taught in college that the fitness and health industry has to offer. Working with real people and helping them reach their goals was just as, if not more satisfying than the high performance aspect I was exposed to through my studies.
