-Creating new client accounts within company's system and onboarding all new clients-Working with clients to obtain or exchange any necessary tax forms or other accounting needs-Developed an automated billing system for the company to assess fees for all services-Reviewed company service contracts and incorporated contract terms into company billing systems-Communicate with clients regarding any fees due or past due and methods of payment-Brief CEO and COO on all accounting matters on a weekly basis

-Reviewed and confirmed billable hours for contract-based workers-Audit and reconcile employee time reports on bimonthly basis-Managed company interactions with payroll service including bimonthly payments to all employees and contractors
