I currently work as a Site Acess Controller. I Am in charge of ensuring all staff have correct PPE and are signed into their job roles whilst working on the site.

At Zimmer Biomet i was part of a team that were responsible for sorting items into packaging ready to go out for delivery.

I started work with DPD as a Warehouse operative/loader. sorting all parcels into correct stations for drivers to take on their daily routes. I then started driving for DPD as there was not enough hours in the warehouse. This lead to day to day working in the commmunity.

I took over the opening of a new branch in the Neath are with Care Cymru. my target was to set up the branch from the beginning. first employing care staff and then dealing with commissioning and taking on packages to increase the growth of the business.

In my current job role as Deputy Domicillary Care Manager i am overlooking the Mountain Ash branch at Sevacare Cymru LTD. I am looking after the day to day running of the branch to ensure a smooth running business. I am currently in charge of 1100 hours and 3 office staff. 1 Co-Ordinator, 1 Administator and 1 Team Leader. Ensuring that all service user and carer files are up to date with Reviews, Risk Assessments, Spot Checks, Supervisions, Appraisals and Home Visits. I set this work out on a week-to-week basis for my team leader and ensure all paperwork is in before the end of the week. While still ensuring the best possible availability to facilitate new packages of care and increase the hours as much as possible.

As a Care Co-ordinator i completed carers schedules on a week-to-week basis. I covered various areas Rhydyfelin, Pontypridd, Tonteg/Beddau, Cynon Valleys. When the other co-ordinators where not in i also helped to cover the Rhondda Valleys.

While working in this position i helped to scan through all delivery notes, checking each one to ensure that everything had been delievered correctly.
