This role allowed me to assist on the production of a new, daytime Channel 4 series, where I completed various different tasks to ensure filming ran smoothly. These tasks involved:-> Contacting contributors in order to organise their travel arrangements, as well as writing and distributing travel itineraries.-> Helping to source, buy and assemble props. -> Assisting the crew with rigging and de-rigging the set.-> Being on-hand to welcome contributors, look after them all day, briefing them about components of the show and assisting them with moving around location.-> Additionally, welcoming high-profile talent and looking after them, briefing them about the show and assisting them with moving around location.-> Assisting the crew and directors on set, ensuring they have everything they need on time for filming.-> Making sure all props were in the right place at the right time during filming.

Engaging with fellow students on my course and communicating feedback on our degree programme with senior management.

Helping show people around and advise prospective students and their parents about university life, during open days.

Being Head of Light Entertainment meant I was responsible for managing all the unscripted, fictional content that was produced, filmed and edited at LSTV.

Being the Head of Hometime on Leeds Student Radio meant being in charge and responsible for all the drivetime shows, weekdays 5-7 pm. I oversaw the running of each show, trained and managed each individual team member, whilst also presenting and producing my own show.

Running the social media accounts for Hometime and LSR.

I worked for Expectation Entertainment as a contributor on Channel 4’s daily live show, Steph’s Packed Lunch. This involved finding and discussing relevant news stories- both serious and light hearted- as well as discussing said stories live on air.
