Adam W Weber is the Global Head of the Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, and Regulatory Compliance Audit Teams at Northern Trust. Adam is responsible for implementing a comprehensive program of audit coverage of the Anti-Money Laundering and Economic Sanctions, Liquidity Risk, Global Regulatory Compliance activities, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Model Risk Organizations. Additionally, Adam is also responsible for assessing the design and operating effectiveness of the controls supporting all components of the regulatory agenda including Liquidity Risk Management, Recovery and Resolution Planning, Capital Planning (e.g., CCAR), DoddFrank Regulations, Client Asset Sourcebook (CASS) and Basel.

Litigated a wide variety of estate administration matters involving breach of fiduciary duties issues, trust disputes, will contests, and estate and fiduciary income tax litigation. Adam has also drafted appellate briefs before the Illinois Court of Appeals, First District, and Illinois Supreme Court involving estate administration matters.

- Drafted legal briefs and motions for review and use by attorney; Performedcomputerized and library research on legal and non-legal topics; Assisted in thecompilation and production of discovery materials; Participated in client meetings,witness preparation, settlement negotiations, and development of trial strategy.

· Conducted audits of CBOE member firms financial statements, trading policies and practices, and anti-money laundering procedures to establish that the firms complied with both CBOE and federal laws and guidelines; · Created detailed reports, with comprehensive evidentiary records, of audits and investigations for in house legal department and senior management; · Worked with legal enforcement personnel to present comprehensive analysis and conclusions of audits and investigations, with references to potential CBOE and federal laws violations, to the internal disciplinary committees.
