Adam has a 30 year track record of success in generating media deal flow, transaction execution, strategy, and business development focused on growing media and consumer companies. In addition, Adam serves as a Board Director on multiple media and non-profit organizations.Previously, Adam managed the private equity and new business initiatives of Saban Capital Group, a global private equity investor and incubator of new businesses across the media and consumer sectors, where he worked for almost 15 years. At Saban Capital Group, Adam played a lead role in such successful investments as ProSiebenSat.1, the Power Rangers, Paul Frank, Epic Games (Fortnite), Talento Uno, among others. In addition, Adam was instrumental in the incubation and growth of new businesses including Saban Brands, Saban Films, and Saban Music. Prior to Saban, Adam led business development for The Tennis Channel and not only oversaw its rapid growth from 2 million to over 20 million subscribers during his 2 year tenure, but he also led the acquisition and management of a major ATP tournament. Previously, Adam spent 4 years as a member of Disney's Strategic Planning Department where he was involved with strategic and corporate development decisions for ESPN and Disney's Media Networks. At the outset of his career, Adam worked in investment banking and private equity. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Shout! Factory (Oaktree’s production and distribution platform), Revolution Entertainment Services (provides entertainment payroll and production software), and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California (helps families stay close to their children when they need treatment for serious medical conditions). Adam holds a BA from Harvard with a concentration in Economics and an MBA from Wharton with a dual focus in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.
