Led all product and technology teams for Calibrate, the market leading digital health solution for metabolic health and weight loss.

Responsible for data science, business intelligence and data engineering up through the Amazon acquisition. Led data-driven strategies in multiple areas, from clinical metrics (adherence & quality), operations (cost and efficiency), as well customer lifecycle (CAC, LTV, and retention).

Responsible for the reporting & analytics experience in our core products, internal product analytics, and our data science function. Drove data governance and data commercialization efforts, as well as internal business intelligence. Focused on building our analytics and machine learning platforms with the latest technologies; bringing in agile methodologies and strong product management practices; and launching new and innovative analytics applications for our clients and internal stakeholders.

Led complex post-implementation EHR support team for our largest clients, and started our Virtual Consulting team, focused on one-on-one provider coaching. Also responsible for our Clinical Content function, and started our Clinical Analytics team. Led the development of multiple clinical process analytics and developed a coaching tool for our consultants, and turned this into our first client Nerve Center, for monitoring early on-boarding success.

Started the Quality Management and Clinical Performance teams, responsible for helping our clients succeed at value-based reimbursement and Meaningful Use regulation. In addition, was responsible for our Clinical Content team, which managed our standard clinical terminologies and clinical documentation templates. Grew these teams from 3 to 15 people, helped our clients to achieve an industry-leading 95% success under Meaningful Use, and expanded our clinical documentation into multiple sub-specialties.

I was a member of the common architecture team, working closely with the lead Architect on the design and implementation of core components, including our UI patterns, enterprise service bus, and API layer, using the Microsoft dotNet framework.

I led the development of the company's first web-based risk adjusted clinical outcomes reporting software, from conception through launch. I was a full stack developer, from web UI (using Microsoft ASP and dotNet) and database layer (MS SQL Server), and received the "Chairman's Award" for this work.
