I help multi-national corporations and large public sector entities bring to life Internet of Things (IoT) projects that enable them to digitally transform their businesses and operations.Over the past 10 years I have been held a variety of roles across finance, strategy and business development within the world’s leading Telco in the IoT space, Vodafone. During this time I have worked on many innovative projects such as: - Worlds first mass market deployments of eSIM with Amazon; - Enabling Europe's first in car WiFi for Automotive brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Volvo, Skoda and General Motors; - I was a key part of the Vodafone team that received an award from Volkswagen Group as one of its best international suppliers. Gartner also recognised the work of my team as one of the strengths of Vodafone IoT in its 2018 Magic Quadrant for IoT Services, noting that “Vodafone has improved its approach to market engagement. Customer feedback indicates a more aggressive and flexible approach to creating global pricing structures for M2M solutions based on customer needs”. All of the above projects and many more that I have worked on were new/first time initiatives for my customers that had a direct, positive impact on their digital transformation. I was able to help my customers to navigate the complexity of new technologies that was often impacted by government regulation trying to keep up with the speed of the technology advancement. The real value I was able to bring was to take solve this complexity for customers thus enabling them to focus on their core business and project outcomes. I did this by leveraging my previous experience to help customers pull together realistic and viable business cases for solutions that would be compliant with local market regulation(s).I am able to take an innovative and creative approach to building IoT solutions for customers to help them with their digital transformation projects.
