As an English teacher, every year I have taught a scheme of work called "persuasive writing." With that I have hundreds of power points linked into selling things using persuasive techniques (alliteration, facts, opinion, rhetorical questions, repetition, emotive language, exaggeration, statistics and the Triadic rule of three.) within these lessons, students have acted as sales agents using these techniques to sell fictional houses, objects and items.I have adapted these lessons into a seminar; I've called it "The Art of Persuasion." The main objectives of this hour long seminar would be to improve sales and improve the confidence of sales reps as they would understand the persuasive techniques.
