Adam is an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in the management of design and construction projects for the Department of Transport and Main Roads and Local Governments. He has a demonstrated track record in delivering high quality, innovative and customer focused engineering solutions that meet or exceed expectation. Adam has applied his technical expertise to the delivery of transport infrastructure projects through all phases of the project life cycle including planning, design, construction and finalisation. He has worked on significant civil and structural projects and been project manager and lead engineer for projects including roads, highways, bus stations, park and rides, flood repairs, and temporary traffic management. He has strong leadership and communication skills that he consistently utilises to motivate, mentor and manage staff and consultants.Adam has worked on several major transport infrastructure projects in excess of $100M in value. Adam has a strong ability to control projects through effective time, cost and resource management ensuring optimal solutions are delivered within the allowable risk profile.
